As most of you know – we’ve been working to try to help 5 families from Bridgeport who tragically lost their home and everything in it during a fire in November.

These families all have children, and are now struggling to find a place to live, to pay their bills, and get their lives back.  Without insurance or extra money – they are struggling.

We are hoping to help them get through this tough time – especially during this holiday season.

Merri Mueller is leading “Solace in Solstice 108 Sun Salutation” at Kaia Yoga on December 21st at 6:30pm.  This will be a beautiful event where everyone can join to show their support through yoga.  You can practice or sit in meditation.
